Incoming calls and texts are free to receive in Go Roam destinations, but Three clearly state on several web pages that sending a text, making a call (including Voicemail), and accessing data services will cause the respective £2, £5 or £7 daily charges to kick in.
Just as a side note, some networks charge for incoming calls when roaming, but in 160 overseas destinations Three don't.
