Cannot access voicemail

For some reason this has been going on for about a year, I cannot access voicemails, I called the number 123 which rings for about one second then disconnect, I have also rang the main number and it does exactly the same, I have powered off my phone and turned it on again, Turned off Wi-Fi, But no joy, any thoughts?

Can you try dialling *123 to check if this resets your Voicemail access, and let me know?

I can’t ring the number 123 like I said it just disconnects straight way the same if I try 333 and the main number

Hello. 

It sounds like you might have general calling issues since it's affecting more than just the voicemail number. Are you able to call all other numbers?
