Sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with your calls recently. Have you been able to check our Coverage Checker to see if that explains the issue at all? Please have a look and let me know if this says we've switched off 3G in your area recently, and also if you check the Network Status tab on that page it should let you know if we're working on any local issues.
Here's some helpful info on How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off which may help if 4G calling isn't enabled on your phone.
