Can't get PAC code via text or My3

Hi, I need a PAC code to transfer my number, but I can't get it via text (PAC to 65075) or My3 account. When I try to request it online, it just shows "undefined." I also can't access Live Chat to contact customer support. Can someone from Three support help me get my PAC code? Thank you!

Have you tried to call three support on 333?

I have the same issue. Did you resolve. I can see that the replies on here were not helpful.

Have you tried to call three support on 333?
