Can't log into my account

Can't log into my account and my DD hasn't been taken from my account. Not happy sort it out three ASAP.

Hi @Aidy and @Alyna,

We're aware of both issues with registering for My3 and of the late Direct Debits. We're sorry for any inconvenience this is causing. The Direct Debit payments that were missed last week should be collected today, and we're working to resolve the issues with re-registering as soon as possible.
