Cancel go roam pass

I ordered a World wide Go Roam pass two days ago for a holiday in Montenegro. I have since changed my mind and wish to cancel it. I phoned customer services and have been told there is no way to cancel it. £84 will be added to my next bill that I do not want. I was passed to customer complaints but they also refused to remove it from my account. I cannot believe this can’t be removed from my account. I have been a customer for 15 years and feel I have been treated appallingly.
