Hi, I'm Mastura from Malaysia.
I have used three simcard Oct 2023 just for 2 weeks during my vacation to UK. During there, my data was ran out and I have call the customer services to topup my data for 10Gbp.
Since I'm going back to Malaysia, I noticed that, every month it auto topup into the number +447********* that I was used at UK.
It was charge into my credit card every month until now.
Can you help me to terminate this account. And I want got refund back the money into my credit card account. Every 29th of the month I received email statement of the topup.
Kindly help to solve this problem quickly to avoid payment every month.
