Cant create account

• I've started on a new contract on three but when I try to create an account for the phone number it just says make sure the details you have entered are correct
• It's a brand new account how Can the details be wrong?

The error you're describing sounds like a log in error rather than a registration one. Are you using the option for registering for a new account?
