My current contract is in a family members name and bank details. I am looking to update this to my name and bank details but can't see where to do this.

Welcome to the Three Community. 

It sounds like what you want to do is a change of ownership. To do that, you'll need the account holder to pop through to the team on 333 from a Three phone or 0333 338 1001 from any other phone. They will need to request a change of ownership from the team and they will run through the process with them.
