Sorry if you've been given the wrong impression from other topics on the Community. Change of ownership was unavailable for some time there, but it's been recently reinstated, subject to credit and affordability checks for the person who takes over as account holder.
I'll take a look through older threads and make sure that this is updated. 🙂
