I have been paying for an additional contract for my partner but she’s very sadly now passed away. Can I cancel the contract please?

I'm really sorry to hear of your partner's passing. If you haven't already, please check out the link @MZone shared, this will give further info on how to use Life ledger to register your bereavement, or alternatively if you get in touch with customer services, and ask to be connected with the Bereavement team, they'll be able to help you close the account.
