Hi,
I cancelled my broadband plan in August as i no longer needed it and was told i had a £0 outstanding balance.
I received no correspondence after from three that i owed them anything.
I have now received a default on my credit score, i contacted three and paid the bill in full on the 27th September.
Iam 2 weeks away from a needing a mortgage application and have been rejected.
Three have failed to communicate/ update any of the credit checkers particularly trans union that i have paid this off so my default remains on file.
PLEASE HELP

Hey @ryan249,
I'm sorry to hear you've had some trouble since cancelling your Home Broadband account.
If the bill was paid in full on the 27th of September, your credit file should update within 30 days to change the balance from outstanding to settled.
If this isn't updated or you'd like us to investigate the missed payment further, I'd recommend raising a complaint on the account.
Thanks,
Kate
