Hello, please assist and help me i have active data pack of 15 pounds/30gb with 12gb roaming data that will expired on 12 sept 2022. But i have consumed the 12gb roaming data and im outside uk using roaming data. I have added a 12pounds add ons but why i cannot be able to use the internet its just showing like i have the data but cannot connect to internet. How to use and activate this add ons?

As you know, you can use your Data Pack allowance in Go Roam destinations at no extra cost. If you have a Data Pack or Add-on with a data allowance of 12GB or greater though, a fair use limit applies. Any use over 12GB is subject to a surcharge, payable via top up credit (rather than an additional Data Pack or Add-on).
