Trying to by another data park as my current one is now 0. How do I delete the old data park in order to buy a new one ?

Hello @KeyserSoze007,

Data Packs are valid for one month, and as you can only have one active at a time, you'd need to wait for the current pack to expire before you're able to purchase another.

If your data has run out, you can use the Three app to buy a Data Add-on to tie you over until the pack period expires. You will also still maintain access to unlimited minutes and texts until the expiration.

What's a DATA PARK?
