Data roaming didn’t work

I purchased a roaming plus package whilst on holiday in Turkey. It didn’t work, I had no access to data other than WiFi my whole trip, and now I’m expected to pay for it? I want it removed from my bill.

I'm not sure which package you're referring to, I'm not familiar with the roaming plus package. Can you confirm the name of the addon you put onto your account?
