I recently took out a plan for 12GB per month at £6 a month and was told that the plan is £6 a month, so my question is, is my actual cost £1 per month with the direct debit discount of £5? Or did the member of staff who put me on this plan lie to me and it’s actually £11 but £6 with the direct debit discount?

Hi @James2212,
I do appreciate what you're saying here, but all prices are quoted with the discount included, and we do sell all our plans on the basis that a Direct Debit will be set up and kept in place, so if you were quoted a £6 plan then it's very unlikely that there'd be any basis you could claim you were mis-sold a plan.
If you do think that's the case, we won't be able to determine this on a public forum without examining the info available on the account. If this was a sale over the phone, or on a webchat then please get in touch here: https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us
Thanks,
Jonathan

To be fair you’d need to contact customer service on 333 to check. I get where you’re coming from but as this is a public discussion forum with no access to your account, speculation is the order of the day here.
