U don't understand why I was charged the monthly payment on the 3/3/2025 and today I have received an email stating money will ve taken again? Why am I paying twice in March 2025 payment was taken on the 3/3/25 now taking another payment on 25/3/25?

If this is a new contract then you pay an amount shortly after your number is connected;effectively to bring you into your regular billing cycle,and then a payment shortly (ish) after that. Youโll now be billed on the same date each month.Check with customer service on 333 if youโre unsure.
