I've accidently bought 2 data roaming packages due to the phone delay and my impatience. I need to speak to someone about cancelling 1 but not both.

Hello there.
Oh, that's unfortunate. The support team don't actually have the ability to remove the addon from the account. The Roaming Passes will stack, and when the first one is gone, the 2nd one will kick in.
