Dreadful new app (again)

I now have 2 phones and 2 emails on my iPad app.  While re-registering my phone I activated some setting which means that I chose my phone and log in without logging in!  The second phone with my original email address requires email and password to log in.  I have been in contact with 3 and they are unable to help - there is no way to alter this setting. Secure or what!  Each time I have tried to delete the app and its data and reinstall it repopulates all previous info.  I have tried contacting Apple but they have said I need to contact the developer through the AppStore.  This seems to be impossible as the link takes you back to 3.  App has been deleted on iPad now.  Also trying to log into my accounts through Safari is a no no and I need to use a different browser.  Rant Over!
