I have upgraded my phone and paid a hefty fee to upgrade early. On choosing the phone I wanted it said that I can’t pick up but if I order before 8pm I’ll get it next day. It’s now been 6 days and after finally getting through to someone they have told me it will be another ten days which is bang in the middle of me being away. On challenging this all I keep being told is it will be delivered on the date shown. I haven’t even received a text or email telling me there would be a delay and after double checking the website it doesn’t say anywhere stock depending. So in the end it’s more than two weeks to receive my phone without any contact, was I expected to just sit there the whole time thinking hey it will turn up eventually. As far as I can see this surely false advertising and I’ve paid to upgrade early when I won’t actually get the phone for another 16 days.
