I have received an email from noreply@service.mails.three.co.uk, titled "Your orders gone through - your Home Broadband has been Cancelled". It opens "
Hi there,
Good news. Your Three order's been confirmed.
Here's your order number: *********A"
I do not want to open the attachment in case it is spam, but I don't have - and have never had Home Broadband from 3 and have not ordered or changed anything on my account..
Also - this website is awful to navigate around - couldn't find my account to see what is going on.
Please advise

Hey @GH1,
Oh, that's odd. It does look like a legitimate email address for Three.
Have you upgraded your contract or completed the minimum terms of your previous contract, at all?
If you're unable to access your account online to check this out, I'd recommend getting in contact with our Support team. They'll be able to check out the details and confirm if any orders have been placed on the account.
Let me know how you get on,
Kate
