I want to terminate contract as I’m due upgrade but they want £124, where is this charge coming from?? Thanks

As mentioned by @Geluk, we would need to access your account to determine what the £124 charge is for. Have you completed your minimum contract term or is this an early upgrade you've been offered?
I'd recommend popping through for a chat with our Customer Service teams as they'll be able to give you a thorough explanation of the charges.
