Hi just left my three monthly contract this morning with no early termination fee because of network problems so can anyone say when my final bill will be, on my next billing date or do they generate a bill within certain time frame ?
Thanks

Hi @Robti,
In general if this is a device finance agreement, you would continue to pay the device agreement according to the original schedule. The team can help you request to settle in full, but there's no issue with continuing the original monthly payments if this is your preference.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hey Robti,
Your final bill will be generated on your normal bill cycle date. Once this is generated, you'll receive your final bill.
