Hi, the community is made up of, mainly, customers who try to help. There are moderators but they are not full time. We know that 3's customer services seem to have a very poor reputation but there is nothing that we can do to help you, much as we would like to. Your only options are customer services and live chat which is not a lot of help or to track down one of the moderators and send them a personal message.
