hello i tried to connect my account but they said error

Can you please check with any devices you have available, and if you're still encountering these issues logging into My3 let us know?

In your reply please confirm the device(s) you've tested, and if the issue is still occurring on the Three App, and which browser(s) you've tested.

Hi @AngeO,

Do you mean you've been having trouble logging in to My3? If so can you let me know if this is happening on both the Three App and on a browser? What make and model of phone are you experiencing this with?

If I've misunderstood, please let me know a bit more about the issue, and I'll do my best to help.
