Why is my first bill so high. And more out of my account than it should have been!!!!!

This is a customer community, so our members can't view your bills or account. I'll do my best to help, but as @Geluk says this is an enquiry that's perhaps best raised with our customer services teams. We can't access or disclose account info on a public forum.

Have you been able to view the bill on My3? My best suggestion is to check it out there, and you'll be able to see if it's your monthly plan charge, an add on, or if you've been charged for some sort of extra usage.

If you can provide a bit more detail as to what you were expecting to be charged, and what unexpected charges you can see on the bill, then the community may be able to help a bit more with this in terms of explaining what a particular charge may mean, or by pointing you to more help.
