Does anyone have the same problem buying a data pack after you top up with a voucher have to try multiple times to buy the pack to work

Caffè Nero code says already redeemed

For the past 3 week and occasionally before that, when I have tried to use my Caffè Nero £1 QR voucher, I have been told that it has already been redeemed. It definitely hasn’t. Please could anybody advise why this is happening.
