i’m trying to pay off some of my device plan. keeps saying error code 500. this has happened everytime so i can’t pay, to the point my account is at default. WHAT DO I DO

'Your Queries' - where is it?

I recently contacted Three - wish to hell I didnt, such awful treatment... I raised a complaint. I have texts referring me to the 'Your Queries' section to get an update, telling me this has been updated. I cannot find it anywhere. How do I locate it...
