How can i cancel my wrong placed order

i placed a wrong order at 09/12/2025 ,and tried reach the live chat to let them help me to cancel the contract and also the upcoming delivery this afternoon,and then i just got the delivery update at 10:45pm,

and live chat they said when the sim is active i can get back to live chat to cancel, but i think i have the right of 14 Days period to cancel, and i read the policy if i active use the service i will got charged. So,please tell me how can i cancel my wrong placed order in correct way? i also got the record of live chat if needed.

and i find the document from this website it said

[You’ll also be charged for any Three Services you use before the end of your 14-day cancellation
period (e.g., for any calls, texts or data used). It can take up to 3 months for some international and
premium rate services to be applied to your bill.]

so how can i cancel it at right way can you tell me?

Hello there.

Yeah, you can cancel within the 14 day period, but while the phone is shipped, it's too late to stop the order internally. You can either have the parcel delivered and return it, or inform DPD that you don't want the parcel and would like it to be returned to sender. 

Once that's happened and the phone comes back to Three, your order can be completely cancelled.
