Looking to ring bank in UK from ireland 

They have a free number if ring from UK

Calls from abroad go to an 0203 number 

What to know what the charge is on my mobile for such a call

There's no charge to unlock your UK call, text, and data allowances when travelling to the Republic of Ireland, and there's no fair use limit when using data in the Republic of Ireland.
