Why does it take so much time and effort (numerous spurious security routines) to access my bill. Add it as an attachment to the notifying e-mail as other suppliers do . I aam sure nobody else wants to pay my bill for me!!!!

I’m sorry but I don’t recognise the “time and effort” you allude to. 1) Open the Three app. 2) Press the word “bills” 3) View your bill. If you want to store or send it the options are there.
I don’t see the problem!
