I am abroad and cannot get data I a business customer for about 3 months but a personal customer for 10 years I have called customer service and they want ID of course, but my account is only gives details of my personal account not my business account so they cannot help me, they ask me for business name, which I obviously know, they say it is wrong??. Only information I can give them is amount and dates of payment this is not enough, so I am abroad with no data to help my??
