I left 3 12 months ago and have just noticed that I am still being billed every month.
When I log onto the 3 website it states that "You don't have any active plans".
It is completely impossible to get through to customer support and the live chat digital chat is useless.
Trying to solve this situation is an unbelievable waste of my time.
Is this how 3 boosts their profits by charging people who have left their service.
If anyone else has experiences this and has a solution, please let me know.
