Your system will only allow 10 character for the house name or number. My house name is longer so it is impossible to enter my address. I called your customer services and they too were unable to enter my address. Your database limit is clearly too small. Please let me know what I am supposed to do.

It's likely the Royal Mail has given your house a number. why not just use that?

You can’t enter the address manually, you have to select it. As my house name is longer than 10 characters the system errors. Unfortunately the house does not have a number either.

Hi @yoxstu,
This sounds really frustrating, I'll see what we can find out and if there's a solution. Are you trying to update a billing address for an existing account, or place an order for a new line?
