Hi @KateB,
Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble logging in. Your Three Community account should use the same login details, assuming you used the same Three number to register both.
Is the issue with the Three App, or using a browser to login on three.co.uk? Does the same issue happen if you test logging in to the website on different devices and browsers?
