Hello.
There are a few options for topping up your account. You can try online in My3, or through the Three App, or you could call 444 and do a top up there, and lastly, you can contact the Support Team and do a top up there.

You can top up whilst abroad by using a credit or debit card via the My Three app or by logging into My Three online. But if you have £15 credit you can buy a data pack with that credit;again via My Three online or the app. If you’re out of data you’ll obviously have to use WiFi to connect.
