Hi, I try to pay my balance which is £10 per month but it doesn't deducted. According to the contract, my account shows should be reduced by 10 pounds every month but ln my account, I don't get reduced by 10 pounds on a time, but when they cut late, it gets cut by 25 pounds which is a lot . Why is it like this? Please give me a solution

Hello there. 

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues making a payment. I'm not sure what would be causing that. How long have you been having the issue? Is it just the recent payment you've been having issues with?
