I left 3 for a year & decided to go back June 2025 with Pay as you Go, keeping same number!

Went back to 3 after year with o2, same number but payg!  Unfortunately 3 did not cancel my original monthly account I’d had for years so first £20 I paid went into this account!  
Now whenever log into my account it just shows historical data.  Tried to speak to someone +447782333333 several times to be told 'unable to connect you, try later'.  Losing my patience with 3, despite having Austrian sim which works perfectly, may go elsewhere when next in UK unless 3 can delete old account & I can re-register, someone 🙏help
