Unable to view Bill

Currently unable to view latest bill as PDF online or via the app (Failed to load error)Tried multiple devices/browsers and three app which all show errorsAsked live chat now "5" times to send me the bill via email which they promise they will... but...

Speaking to a person

Does anyone know the number and option number I call from abroad to speak to an actual person not just loads of options to press, which when pressed takes me to more options then recorded messages.The chat box isn't working either!

Allowance refresh daye

Hello, is there a way that I can work out when my allowance resets? I am currently in Spain and cannot connect to three to register for my3.the Direct Debit leaves my account on the 7th of the month if this helps. thank you

Hi,I was looking at the New Pay As You Go leaflet and I saw that there was a £10 plan with 6GB of data that had a duration of 24 months. However when I log in to my account that plan is not available to purchase. Has it been removed? Thanks.
