I have been trying all morning to update my card details as have a new bank card, and I cannot.
I've managed to buy the £10 Top Up as that let me enter the new card details, but cannot now use that to buy my Data package as it tells me it is being used for at least one other recurring payment, on a different number, and to cancel/delete first!!
I don't have any other numbers! And it doesn't tell me where to change/cancel these details!
Anyone able to assist please?
