Can’t make payment to device plan

Sadly have been trying to make a payment on my device plan but get the following:

 

 

 

Something went wrongWe can’t load part or all of the information right now, please try again or contact helpdesk

And when you contact support they tell you they don't have access to that so they can't help.

Hello there. 

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues making the payment. I'm not familiar with the issue you've been seeing online when trying to access the payment system. I can feed it back internally to determine if it's a wider issue. 

For now, you should be able to make the payment through the support team even if they're unable to assist with the online issue.

How long have you been having this issue? Have you managed to chat with the team to make a payment to your device plan?

I chatted to them online chat and they sent me a link to pay it but looks like I will need to do this every time as still not lettin me do it as it keeps comin up sorry can’t check ur card details

After inputting all my card details and then pressing pay now it then takes me back to the previous page with a error sayin sorry can’t check ur card details right now so try again later  and it did this for over a week
