I’ve had my phone for 5-6 years. Yet I’m still paying £18.67 a month for it! I called 3 and the guy tried to explain to me about loyalty payments and the like but I don’t understand? He said the phone was paid for but, that I was still being charged for it? Could you please help me understand what’s gone wrong? Thank you so much
