I keep getting an the same error message when I try to add credit with my card. Is there a reason this is happening?

Are you able to tell me what error message you are getting? Is this a pay as you go top up you are doing?

Yes, it's a pay as you go top up I've been trying to do. Everytime I try to add cash credit, it says "something's gone wrong. We're unable to process your order at this time. Please try again." I've had to contact customer service twice about this just to add credit to my account.

That's not great. I'm really not sure what would be causing that. Have you tried any other cards to see if the issue happens with that as well?
