Does anyone have a way to contact support that actually works?

I am abroad and my phone is lost/stolen.

The link to report it takes me to the live chat button, which does not work (opening console shows an error in the JS code) 

I have tried to call their international number and at the very end of the process I was told that they have some technical issues and to try again.

Is there any other option?

As an alternative, does anyone know if I can simply switch operator?

I'm having the same issue, trying to get on Live chat since yesterday and it still won't open?

I am using Edge and I was just able to start a chat.
