I've been with 3 for about 8/10 years.and always seem to have some kind of problem. Since I had to do an update for the 3 app, I can log into my account but I've limited access it says sorry only the account holder can access this information!!! Well that is me and as been me since I joined 3 years and years ago?please help as it's doin my head in.ive spoken on the phone with 3 and still can't get it sorted?

That's quite strange. When speaking with the team, what had they advised?
Also, does this still happen when you log into the account via the website?
