Loyal Customer For Nearly 30 Year and noticed that changes are needed.

When I started with this company ,It was so different and I got so many friends and family 

converted as could not see past them!!

But now I think someone has changed the courses that some staff customer operators go to train

As now it seems like most cant be bothered or try and sell you some deal you don't need .

And simple tasks are made out to be "maybe After you take out this other plan or ?"

Going back it seemed to be a lot easier ,I have typed ,txt spoke to so much operators that I could 

type all the answers out before the questions are asked and just copy and paste them!What has or is

Going on?and is this an easy solution for them or a very difficult one?because something has to change for the better to get the confidence back.

Yep…. Me same - moved to EE - ( will never look back - and service with EE great )
