Loyal customers of Three for 10 years and now this!!!

We have been Three clients for over 10 years. We renewed our rolling 24 contract last September after receiving an email from you. We renewed and were assured  all conditions would remain the same and in particular,  that we still qualified to keep Go Roam. Now you say our contracts expired in Jan 23 and we no longer qualify! After hours on the phone, pleading to speak to a manager in England, we only receive texts saying you cannot get through when we are sitting with the phones in our hands! What about customer service to loyal long term customers? Step up Three and do something now!

You are not alone in this, there have been quite a few posts from people caught out as you have been. I cannot recall anyone posting that they got their free roaming rights returned. Good luck but do not hold your breath. Please keep us informed on your progress.
