I made a complaint and received the below email.
One of our agents has updated your query (case no) with some new information. Please take a look as soon as you can.
To manage your query, just log in.
I've logged in on the website and the app and there's nowhere that I can find to see the updates. Anyone know where this is?

Hello there.
In order to get an update on the complaint, you would need to contact the support team, or someone one might have tried to contact you.
The system was updated a while back and a feature was added to allow users to see more of what was happening in their complaint cases. I believe that feature is currently not in use due to some issues it was presenting. Ideally you shouldn't have received messages asking you to check it that way. I'll feed that back so that we can try and sort that.
