Cannot view my queries

Very frustrated with Three and been having lots of issues. Every time I spend hours on customer support chat they send me an email saying the issue was raised and a ticket has been updated.

1. Cannot click the link in email - firefox blocked it as malicious content.

2. Cannot view queries on the website - option does not exist.

3. Community page suggested getting the app and even has screenshots of the app having a queries section, latest one I found was submitted 2 months ago. I donwload the app and surprise surprise - queries section is missing.

 

How can I view my support tickets and know that something is done? It seems the chat operators just try to get you to go away, promising that they are "looking into this" please wait 24 or 48 hours, or my latest problem was said "up to 30 days". The most horrible customer experience I've ever had.

Hello there. 

For updates on any cases/queries on the account, the customer support team on chat or phone currently need to provide the info. 

The self service process for checking out queries for updates is currently being looked into as it wasn't quite working as intended.

I am having the same issue - was told that I will just get an update when my issue is resolved. What is the point of sending customers a text message saying check your queries as soon as possible, if there is no option to check queries!!!
