I have got a message on my phone from THREE number sayin that I am oit of my contract. I don't remember having a due date or something like that. I am on the same contract for several years and never had anything like that. I also can't log in into my online Three account nor app on the phone.
The message:
Hello. Do you know you're out of contract? We'll be sending you some important info, by email or post, to tell you about your options, so you can choose the best plan for you. Look out for this very soon.
Please help. Thanks

Hey @ViktorijaP
Welcome to the Three Community!
It sounds like you've been on a one month rolling plan that may be coming to an end, which means the plan you're on is being removed completely from the network. The email will be to let you know about this, and get on to a plan that suits you or close to what you're on at the moment.
You can speak with our Upgrades Team who can go through all the options available to you.

When customers come to the end of their contract it provides a valuable opportunity for the customer to either negotiate a better deal with their current provider, ask their current provider to match a deal that they the customer have seen, or move to another network altogether.
