Mised payment on credit file

3 have marked my credit file with missed paymet for the month of July, after checking the payment made it was paid on 3 of July and they marked it late on the 6th so I would advise people to recheck there credit score as the are falsified and lied of a mised payment

I'm really sorry to hear if there's incorrect info on your credit file about your Three account. Payment information is uploaded by an automated system, so there wouldn't be any deliberately false info there, but we do have processes to investigate and resolve if anything incorrect is showing.
